A diverse selection of new hits and old favorites highlights the nominees list for the Sixth Annual TV DVD Awards, presented by Home Media Magazine, Agent DVD Magazine and TVShowsOnDVD.com. True Blood Season 1 is up for “Best Current Series”!
Voting for the awards began today and runs through Nov. 20. Winners will be announced in December.
To be eligible, titles must have been released between Oct. 1, 2008, and Sept. 30, 2009. A blue-ribbon panel of judges rated each title based on the complete treatment, including program content, bonus materials and packaging. More than 170 submissions were considered.
