Andy and Brian are here to review the tenth episode of True Blood Season 5 – Gone, Gone, Gone.
They say:
OhmyGodric. This week’s episode of “True Blood” may not have been one of our favorites, but it still gave us plenty to chew on. A Kreepy Koroner! Undercover mice! And WTF was Bill doing on the Starship Enterprise?! All this and more (with a whiskey chaser) from the impatient drunks at campblood.org

A low rating from Brian and Andy. I find I don’t always agree with them. I thought their low marks were a bit harsh. However, they are always entertaining.
I can answer the question about why Salome brought Russell back to life … he was the only vampire powerful enough to take out Roman.
I, too, am questioning why Mike Spencer showed up this season. Was he a Dragon red herring? I know I thought he might be the Dragon. And then he shows up on Sookie’s doorstep as a vamp. Good point about why Sookie didn’t or couldn’t read Mike’s thoughts … which would have been non-existent since he was a vampire. They didn’t mention one of the most memorable scenes (the Hoyt-Jessica-Jason Alaska-glamor discussion) until the very end. That was beautifully done.
I lament Molly’s passing. Watching Bill’s face, it was evident to me that he didn’t really want to activate the IStake.
Godric’s second death … he was a ghost or spirit, so how could he bleed and be ripped apart? I never will understand that.
