The promotional photos released by HBO this week gave the fans a lot the speculate about. In a quote for USA Today Alan Ball heightens the anticipation for the second season of his successful tv show True Blood even more by dropping a few spoilers.
“Sookie (Anna Paquin) is “drafted into using her telepathic abilities to find a vampire in Dallas who’s gone missing,” says creator Alan Ball, while her brother Jason (Ryan Kwanten) gets involved with the Fellowship of the Sun, an anti-vampire group.”
Initially Alan Ball was not pleased when the stars of his show, Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer, started dating. But he quickly came around.

“It’s the real deal. They really fell in love, and you can see that in the show. You can see the attraction and chemistry. It’s all good.
Filming is “easier because they’re so comfortable with each other,” Ball says. “And they really do love each other in real life.”
Fans can catch up with the first season, out May 19 on DVD and Blu-ray, to detect the blooming chemistry between Sookie and vampire Bill.
The season 2 premiere will be on Sunday June 14.
