True Blood Series creator Alan Ball recently told the Advocate magazine that he could imagine Eric’s tough ass sidekick, Pam, getting in on some girl-on-girl action.
And now Kristin Bauer, who plays Pam, tells EOnline she’s up for it…
“I wouldn’t be surprised,“ Bauer said at Thursday night’s Bow Wow Beverly Hills benefit for the Amanda Foundation animal rescue. “I think she’s pansexual.”
In fact, Kristen Bauer already has a ladylove in mind: Ginger, the Fangtasia waitress played by Tara Buck.
“There are so many hot ones, but I’ll pick Ginger,” she said. “Ginger’s hot. Ginger’s fun. She’s a screamer and she’s a blood donor.”
Hopefully, Ginger will stick around longer on the HBO series than she does in the original Sookie Stackhouse novels that True Blood is based on.
“I’ve been reading the books because I heard that Ginger died,” Buck said. “I was very upset and I needed to see if it happened. And in book four, it happens!”
Interesting that she’d choose Ginger. I don’t see Pam doing that, especially after her comments about Ginger at the time of Longshadow’s attack on Sookie and his staking by Bill. As I recall, in the midst of Ginger’s screams Eric asked Pam if she wanted Ginger and wanted to turn her. Her answer was a rather resounding “no,” and she glamored Ginger instead. I think Nan Flanagan would be a far better match for Pam.

IIRC Pam’s reply was “Please, I am not that desparate”. Nan would be a better choice. I think Pam is very selective and will go either way so maybe AB will have her involved with either or both genders. She has such a domineering demeanor. I’d like to see her with a strong human man that she is really attracted to and she is willing to show her softer side with him only, the opposite of how we see her at any other time. She’d be mortified if anyone even suspected she had a softer side especially with a human. Pam trying to keep that hidden would be fun to watch.

I knew I didn’t have Pam’s response quite right. Thanks for providing her exact words, willkill. I’d love to see Pam coupled with a male or female, human or vamp, who is both strong and loving … someone who is a good match for her.
