“Trick ‘r Treat” starring Anna Paquin will have it’s premiere at the Toronto After Dark Film Festival which will be held this August 14-21.
Trick ‘r Treat (2008) tells four interwoven stories that occur on Halloween: An everyday high school principal has a secret life as a serial killer; a college virgin might have just met the one guy for her; a group of teenagers pull a mean prank; a woman who loathes the night has to contend with her holiday-obsessed husband.
There will also be a screening of Trick ‘r Treat at Comic-Con on Thursday July 23 at 9:30 P.M. – 12:00 P.M.: Halloween Comes Early: “Trick ‘r Treat” in Ballroom 20.
Prior to the screening, Ain’t It Cool News mogul Harry Knowles will moderate a panel featuring Michael Dougherty and members of the cast, including Anna Paquin (“True Blood”, “X-Men”), Tahmoh Penikett (“Battlestar Galactica”, “Dollhouse”), and Brian Cox (“The Bourne Identity”, “X2: X-Men United”).

Yikes! That looks too scary for me. Glad to see AP trying out different things – that has to be the fun part of being an actor.
