After Michelle Forbes, another In Treatment actor has been cast on True Blood. Dane DeHaan announced on his Twitter account: “Stoked about my new gig on #trueblood !”
It is unknown what part the 23 year old will play.

I am curious what role he has been cast as. Wonder if he will be Jake Purifoy?
IIRC Jake came later but I believe AB is combining books and has sped up the story a bit.

Sure, Jake is a were that worked for Quinn and was turned vampire by Sookie’s cousin Hadley. He attacked Sookie in Hadley’s apt in New Orleans. Not sure we are going this far this season but one never knows with AB. He combines characters and for tv must move the story along faster than the books.
Someone else mentioned he may be Bob. Hopefully we will get a bit more info on him. He may just be a snack for one of the vamps.
