I have a grudge against his hairstylist in LA too. It just needs to be a little darker and he is all set as Bill. Also grow the burns back in.

What a lovely surprise to go into the Vault and not expecting anything new, then seeing Stephen! Stephen looking so hot and gorgeous! I love his stubble and yes, his chest hair is poking out! I wonder what his chain around his neck is?
