The GLAAD Media awards nominations were announced today in Los Angeles and True Blood has been nominated as Outstanding Drama Series.

The Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD), the nation’s lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) media advocacy and anti-defamation organization recognizes and honors media for their fair, accurate and inclusive representations of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community and the issues that affect their lives.

GLAAD Media Award nominees and honorees will be present to receive their awards at the Annual GLAAD Media Awards presented by ROKK Vodka. Additional awards will be presented in New York on March 19 at the Marriott Marquis in Times Square, and will be presented in San Francisco at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis on Saturday, May 14. The Los Angeles date has yet to be announced.

Below is a list of the nominees in this category:

Joe Manganiello is among the line up of stars who will present at the 22nd Annual Producers Guild Awards held this Saturday, January 22nd at The Beverly Hilton. Other presenters are Helen Mirren, Mark Wahlberg, Will Ferrell, Amy Poehler, Andrew Garfield, Amy Adams, Kerry Washington, Jim Parsons.

True Blood Producers Alan Ball, Brian Buckner, Gregg Fienberg, Mark McNair, Nancy Oliver, Raelle Tucker, Alexander Woo are nominated for The Norman Felton Award for Outstanding Producer of Episodic Television, Drama.

As previously reported, Stephen Moyer and Deborah Ann Woll attended T Magazine’s pre-Golden Globes dinner last Thursday evening at the Gardens of Taxco, an amazingly off-kilter Mexican restaurant in Hollywood.

Stephen Moyer proved to be friends not only with Deborah Ann Woll, his beautiful “True Blood” co-star, but also with pretty much everyone in L.A. His co-star from his 2007 TV series, Ny-Lon, Rashida Jones, also attended and with Aziz Ansari she entertained director Max Winkler and the cast of his coming flick “Ceremony.”

In the second photo below we see Stephen having dinner with Deborah and being his usual “expressive self”.

Ryan Kwanten while on the Red Carpet at the Golden Globes last night teases with MTV about Jason Stackhouse’s fate On ‘True Blood‘.

In the next video Ryan tells us he is currently working on Season 4 and that he will be working on his new Charles Manson film a few months from now.

Among many of the best British stars, True Blood’s James Frain attended today’s BAFTA Tea Party today, January 15, 2011, with his wife Marta Cunningham. The tea party helped launch the Los Angeles Awards Season, was held in Association with The Four Seasons and Bombay Sapphire and took place at the Four Seasons Hotel in Los Angeles, California.

True Blood’s Carrie Preston and Brit Morgan attended the Access Hollywood “Stuff You Must…” Lounge produced by On 3 Productions at the Sofitel Hotel yesterday, January 14, 2011 in Los Angeles.
