Joe Manganiello gets followed everywhere, just everywhere

Joe Manganiello, who plays werewolf Alcide on True Blood is getting lots of attention these days, but with this attention comes some crazy stuff. One woman has already asked him to lick her, and a FedEx driver jumped out of his truck to snap a picture of him.
But, the weirdest is where some are happening:
“The funniest thing is all of the guys that come up to me and tell me that I’m on their wives’ favorite show,” Manganiello told EOnline last night at TAG Heuer’s Odyssey of Pioneers event in Malibu.
“They chase me into the bathroom to tell me that,” he continued. “I’ve only been on two episodes and they know exactly what I look like.”
As if Manganiello’s face and body are hard to forget.
“During the season I work out twice a day, six days a week,” he said of keeping his 6’5″-self in tip-top werewolf condition. “And it’s protein from the time you wake up to the time you go to bed. It’s just protein and vegetables every day. But I get one cheat meal a week.”
His favorites? L.A.’s legendary Roscoe’s Chicken and Waffles and one of the city’s more recent dining hotspots, Umami Burger.

Fans are putting together a cookbook for Joe Manganiello

Fans of Joe Manganiello are coming together and creating something that he can actually use – a cookbook!
Many women (and men) swooned during the episode of True Blood that showed the big, burly werewolf in a plaid bathrobe cooking breakfast. Many commented that that’s what they would like to wake up to every morning. Got to love a man who can cook!
While Alcide is a fictional character, Joe is indeed a real man who may enjoy cooking the occasional dish for friends, family, or his current lady friend. One of his fansites, Joe-Manganiello.net, has grown tremendously since his appearance on True Blood and have decided to bring all the fans together in this effort. Fans can donate their favorite recipe to be added to the cookbook that they will be sending to Joe for the holidays in December.
Want to give Joe one of your favorite recipes? Simply send the entire recipe to cookbook@joe-manganiello.net to be included in the cookbook. It can be any type of dish – appetizer, entree, dessert, etc. Please include your name that you would like printed.
