Todd Lowe was one of the True Blood cast members that celebrated the wedding of Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer in Malibu last week. To Popsugar he tells about his special wedding gift.

“I have a band and my band [Pilbilly Knights] played there. . . my playing for them was my gift. . . This was my first time dealing with paparazzi in helicopters and boats. We saw them down standing on the beach and we thought they were surfers waiting for the right tide, and it’s like, no, they all have cameras with amazing, high-powered lenses.”

For Terry he doesn’t foresee any nude scenes in the near future, so he doesn’t have to hit the gym as hard as Joe, Alex and Stephen. “No. I mean, the pressure’s on for guys. The bar has been raised for the standard of male beauty, but I always say that Terry was a Marine, and he hasn’t done a push-up or sit-up since basic training, and he’s fine with it.”

The Emmy fever has begun, True Blood has been nominated and we can’t wait for Sunday to see if they will win, fingers crossed.

Ryan Kwanten, Todd Lowe, Natasha Alam and Joe Manganiello were all spotted trying out the goodies at the Kari Feinstein Primetime Emmy Awards Style Lounge Day 1 held at Montage Beverly Hills hotel on August 26, 2010 in Beverly Hills. More photos in the Photo Gallery.

Todd Lowe joins Jim Parrack, Sam Trammell and Kristin Bauer at the UK convention Bitten that will be held in Northampton the weekend of August 6 through August 8, 2010.

On Saturday, June 19, True Blood star Todd Lowe attended a CRE Outreach charity fundraiser at the Playboy Mansion. Specializing in providing the visually impaired with the oppourtunity to write and perforn CRE Outreach is a non-profit theatre company that do their own original theatrical works.

Last night (June 12) several True Blood cast members hosted a party for the American Red Cross at the H Lounge in West Hollywood. Carrie Preston with husband Michael Emerson, Nelsan Ellis, Sam Trammell, Todd Lowe and Chris Bauer.

Gary Calamar DJ’d the Out4Blood event last Friday night at the Echoplex in Los Angeles. This event highlighted Gary’s Grammy nominated compilation soundtrack for True Blood. Although the line up of musicians was really impressive, he never let on to me that there was a surprise in store for those who attended.  Now that the event is over we know that the “surprise guests” were several major members of the cast.

Prior to the event, I asked Gary if he would be willing to send The Vault information and a few photos about the night. He graciously sent along the following photos and his recount of the vampire evening.  Thank you, Gary!

The Out 4 Blood concert here at the Echoplex on Friday Night was a Blast! Great sets by John Doe, CC Adcock, Jace Everett, Chuck Prophet and The Pillbilly Knights with The Morning After Pills.

Many of the actors from Bon Temps were there. Anna Paquin, Stephen Moyer, Chris Bauer, Michelle Forbes, and Tara Buck. They all joined in the fun and hit the stage to introduce the bands.

There were a few bad vamps in the audience who tried to start some trouble, but they ended up retracting their fangs, drank some True Blood and rocked the night away.

Last night at the Echoplex, the Grammy-nominated ‘True Blood’ soundtrack came alive in a night of music from HBO’s acclaimed series. Gary Calamar the music supervisor of the soundtrack and for the show said previously: “we are trying to secure some surprise guests as well“. It’s going to be badass!“ Well, little did he let on to me that none other then Stephen Moyer, Anna Paquin, Todd Lowe, Michelle Forbes, and Chris Bauer would attend the event. Good news for True Blood fans! EOnline reports that we can expect much more nudity during season three of the hit HBO vampire series.

Well, we already knew about this because, as previously reported, Sam Trammell stated it in a recent interview at the BAFTA/LA Tea Party. We also know that when Sam speaks below about the “surprising–well, shocking-scene in the first episode“, that he’s speaking about he and Bill.  However, there are some new tidbits  to share, and here they are:

“A lot of people will be getting naked this season,” T.B.’s Todd Lowe (aka Terry Bellefleur) told us at the 16th Annual SAG Awards Saturday night.

In fact, according to castmate Carrie Preston, baring it all is especially a cinch for hunky 33-year-old Swede Alexander Skarsgård…

“Alex is not shy about getting naked at all!” said Preston, who plays Arlene Fowler. “And there will be lots of those kinds of scenes with Alex this season.”

Lowe said, “He’s already been naked a time or two so far since we’ve gotten back to filming.”

Nelsan Ellis, who plays same-sex-lovin’ Lafayette, said, “There are a lot of hunky dudes and beautiful women who have been added to the cast, so it doesn’t surprise me that more clothes are coming off.”

At the recent BAFTA/L.A. tea party, Sam Trammell, who’s already gone practically full frontal as Sam Merlotte, said he’d like to have a bigger share of the fangelicious hanky-panky.

“I’m not having any sex yet,” Trammell told us. “They really should provide Sam with more sex.”

But then he added, “There is a surprising—well, shocking—scene in the first episode. Some people will be happy and some people will not.”
