Joe Manganiello has been added to the cast from True Blood that will be attending the Dragon*Con Convention this year. Joe attended the event last year, so this will be his second year of attendance. The following was tweeted on the Dragon Con Twitter account:

Joe Manganiello, aka Alcide from True Blood, can’t get enough of our amazing Dragon*Con attendees…he’ll be joining us again this year!…

Joe will join the other True Blood cast who are also attending, Sam Trammell, Nelsan Ellis, and Carrie Preston.  The event takes place in Atlanta, GA on Labor Day weekend, September 2 to 5, 2012.

Recently, we posted that Nelsan Ellis will be attending Dragon Con 2012 and now we can report additional cast members who will be also attending. It has been confirmed that Sam Trammell and Carrie Preston will also represent True Blood.

Dragon Con is scheduled for August 31 to September 3 in Atlanta, Georgia.

True Blood’s Nelsan Ellis has signed to appear at Atlanta, Georgia’s Dragon Con 2012 which will take place on Labor Day weekend from August 31 to September 3.  Nelsan is the first cast member signed to attend the event so far.

At last year’s event, Denis O’Hare, Kristin Bauer, Jim Parrack, Joe Manganiello and Charlaine Harris attended. Let’s hope that more cast members join Nelsan for the 2012 event.
