The True Blood Premiere has certainly given us lots of eye candy of our favorite stars of the show. It’s been months with very little and now we are almost overwhelmed with goodies. Brlow are two more videos from Premiere night where we learn a few additional tidbits about the upcoming season. Anna also talks about the forthcoming baby and some of the cast are asked about Anna as a mother.
In the ET video Joe Manganiello talks about Alcide’s dad being in the show. Can’t wait to see that.

And PopSugar also interview the stars on the night. Parents-to-be Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer couldn’t hold back their smiles as they were openly affectionate and neither could the rest of the cast as they spoke about the new addition to the True Blood family.
The cast has a blast at the premiere party and managed to keep the spoilers under wraps. But is there a connection between Pam being buried and Tara’s return?
At the newly redesigned Hollywood mega-club Lure, cast and crew toasted their efforts (with one episode left to complete), which can get extreme in the fictional land of always-naked vampires, werewolves, witches and such.
“Embarrassing doesn’t really cover it,” creator Alan Ball said in opening remarks about the trials he puts his actors through. “A sock barely covers it.”

Kristin Bauer van Straten mentioned one scene that required her vampire character be buried in the ground.
“I had dirt everywhere,” she said. “My husband, he’s used to it. I mean, I was brushing my teeth and dirt was falling out of my eyebrows into the sink.”
But that hard work doesn’t go unrewarded. Past cast members like Michelle Forbes and Kevin Alejandro came to support their pals, and a few fans like Jack McBrayer (“30 Rock’s” Kenneth the page), who hung with Skarsgard (awesome odd couple) and snacked on the fete’s notoriously awesome catering.
Dennis O’Hare chatted up costar Todd Lowe. Anna Paquin greeted miles of well-wishers on her fast-approaching little one with husband Stephen Moyer.
Sported a stylish black Rachel Comey dress, the Canadian-born New Zealand actress’ baby bump was noticeably larger than we’ve previously seen.
“She looks gorgeous, doesn’t she?” a proud Moyer, gushed.
Paquin and her adoring husband were never out of each other’s sights: they stayed close to each other, shared food and kisses and mingled with friends.
Meanwhile, Joe Manganiello was the crowd-pleaser at the event, posing for photographs with a few lucky fans who appeared quite excited to see him.
“Tara is still a part of the show,” creator Alan Ball told TVGuide.com at the True Blood Season 5 premiere party on Wednesday. “I’m sure fans have a lot of different ideas of how that could be possible, and one of those ideas is correct.”
One theory is that vampires Bill and Eric would somehow help shared love interest Sookie, even though she had decided not to be with either of them. “I can tell you that Bill and Eric can’t come running to the rescue,” Rutina Wesley tells TVGuide.com. “They just killed a member of the Authority, so they’re going to have a big mess to clean up themselves, so Sookie’s going to have to figure this out on her own. But, you know, she’s strong and resourceful and doesn’t need a man to figure out her problems.”
However Tara returns — whether that be as a ghost, a vampire or back to her human self, revived by vampire blood — Wesley says the once sisterly relationship between Sookie and Tara will be significantly different after that night. “That’s going to be the interesting part to watch: Tara’s reaction to Sookie and Sookie’s reaction to Tara,” she says. “All I can say is it’s charged.”
Many of the True Blood cast took the time to sign for the fans after the True Blood season 5 premiere party on Wednesday night. Anna did not step outside, Stephen says in the video that “she is not feeling great”. Our best wishes to Anna for the last weeks of filming.
