True Blood’s favorite evil vampire, Russell Edgington, played by none other than Denis O’Hare, was nominated for an Emmy today.
Although we think his work on True Blood is Emmy worthy and we hope he will be remembered next year, we’re glad to see that he was nominated for his role in “American Horror Story” as the character, Larry.
Denis was nomated in the category of Supporting Actor In A Miniseries Or A Movie.
Below are the nomninees:
- Denis O’Hare, American Horror Story
- Ed Harris, Game Change
- Tom Berenger, Hatfields & McCoys
- David Strathairn, Hemingway & Gellhorn
- Martin Freeman, Sherlock: A Scandal in Belgravia
Congratulations, Denis!

He deserves it!

They still owe him one for season 3 TB! But this is very much deserved. He was fantastic on AHS! And I’m so glad he’s not in the same category as Peter Dinklage. That would be an impossible choice.
