Filming of “Tribes of October” postponed

tribesofoctoberposter“Tribes of October,” the $25 million-budgeted film scheduled to film in Grand Rapids, has moved its principal-photography start date from Aug. 10 to late October.

As previously reported, the CGI-heavy sci-fi-thriller is likely to film on a green-screen stage at DeVos Place. It will star Ray Stevenson, Robert Duvall, James Caan, Jaime King and Stephen Moyer.

Stephen Moyer already mentioned at the Comic-Con panel that the filming of “Tribes of October” has been postponed due to the director’s, Philippe Martinez, health issues.

My, my…two of my favorite Brits…I love Ray Stevenson; he was my favorite in HBO’s Rome. What is with me and British men?

I guess this means that he will not be in this movie now that they will be starting filming after October the 5th. I just remember that during the Comic Con panel Stephen said it was doubful he could do the movie if it started beyond this date :(

Does anybody know anything about the Brit movie called Flutter he is involved with?
