I sure hope that Eric will rescue Sookie!

  2. Rowena says:

Russell will not be constrained by the Authority’s Lilith dogma. He wants the sun, and that does not bode well for Sookie or any of the fae.

The scroll as interpreted by Mirella shows us that as a Stackhouse fae Sookie is promised to M. Warlow. Here comes trouble.

Hoyt’s leavetaking … so sad for both Jessica and Jason. Poor J … he lost his best friend, not only in terms of miles between them, but Jessica’s glamoring has erased him from Hoyt’s memory.

I love Alexander Woo. This was a stellar episode. Please convey this to him by whatever means you can contact him.

Agree with Rowena: Russell coming for Sookie doesn’t bode well for her in the final two episodes. This could be just what Eric (and maybe Bill) needs to distract the Authority long enough to take out Salome, and likely Nora, and restore balance.

In our review (http://wp.me/p1VQBq-1ij), we suggest that Warlow is being set up to be the Big Bad next season…

It is all so exciting, and I’m as impatient as ever for the next episode even while absolutely dreading every next step of the story.

Good episode. There were some very good plot-moving scenes. My absolute favorite was Tara chopping off the sheriff’s head with a sword. She is utterly ferocious as a vampire. It’s as if her whole persona was waiting for her vampire body to arrive and now she’s whole. She’s beautiful, elegant, and fierce. And her cynicism blends smoothly with Pam’s. Love it!!
