jaceeverett Jace Everett talks about his new CD Red RevelationsJace Everett is of course best known for True Blood’s theme song “Bad Things”, but he released a new CD just a couple of weeks ago entitled “Red Revelations”.
Blast spoke with Jace about his new CD and asked him how it feels to know that millions of fans are singing along to your song every Sunday night when they tune in to watch the show.

“It’s great! Being a guy who’s trying to make a living, I’m hopeful that people who love the track will transfer that onto my new music and I hope that it’ll draw them in. But even if it doesn’t… shit, I write songs and I yell into a microphone! There’re far more talented people than me that never had this opportunity so I’m very grateful for it and it’s a huge honor.”

In the song “Bad Things” the second line of the second verse, last word…does not really make sense. First line says “I’m the kind to sit up in his room” Second line says “Heart sick and eyes filled up with “blue” ….Blues would make more sense, but still wont match the first verses last word or the first 2 lines “out” and “Doubt”. I suggest you replace the word Blue , with GLOOM, it will rhyme with room and to me, make more sense…just think about it, still will love it either way!
