Kristin Bauer will host Kapco’s Grand Slam Charity Jam that will benefit over 50 Southeastern Wisconsin charities. This exciting and unique event will provide an ideal avenue for charities to raise funds and awareness of their vital missions, without having to extend significant staff and financial resources. Their goal is to raise at least $100,000 that will be divided among our participating charities.
The Grand Slam Charity Jam will take place on Saturday, April 2, 2011 at Potawatomi’s Woodland Dreams Ballroom and Northern Lights Theater in Milwaukee, WI. This will be a “can’t miss,” high energy, visually stunning, and extremely fun annual event. The headliner will be SUGAR RAY – famous for a number of hit songs including “FLY” “EVERY MORNING” “SOMEDAY” and “WHEN IT’S OVER.” The event will feature a number of celebrities including American Idol stars Kimberley Locke and Paris Bennett, football legend Leroy Butler, and our host, Kristin Bauer, a star of HBO’s TRUE BLOOD. This type of celebrity, high profile event is rare in Milwaukee’s philanthropic circles.
