One of the best things about True Blood is the music, as chosen by Allan Ball and his Music Supervisor, Gary Calamar. Since each episode has the same title as one of its songs, here are some possibilities that the True Blood fans are speculating will be included in Episodes 5 of Season 3 titled, “Trouble”.

Cypress Hill was the first latino group to have platinum and multi-platinum albums and one of the first rap groups to gain a following with fans of alternative and hard rock music. The band was originally called DVX, but the name was changed after Mellow Man Ace left in 1988.

The band Coldplay wrote their song Trouble and co-produced it with British record producer Ken Nelson for Coldplay’s debut album, Parachutes. The song was released on 26 October 2000 as the album’s third single. It reached number 10 on the UK Singles Chart, making it the band’s second Top 10 single in the country. It was also used in Stephen Moyer’s short lived series, Ny-LON.

Although I love the song, I seriously doubt that Gary Calamar would re-use Ray LaMontagne’s “Trouble”.

I was hoping Gary would use Ray LaMontagne’s version of “Trouble” To me it sounds the most appropiate for the show. I do like Coldplay’s version and that would be another alternative to use as well. I don’t care for Cypress Hill’s take on it at all.

I also like the possibility of NeverSayNever’s Trouble. Here are some of the lyrics:
