I’m depressed now. Altho, I have not read the books, all I see is more secondary and minor characters that take time away from our CORE cast. It looks to be a full Season 3.
I feel the Vamps are much more interesting than the Were’s. I hope they do not go overboard with the Were storyline. Unless they cast Will Swenson as Alcide, than that’s fine.
I also hope we get some romance and heart-felt moments between Sookie and Bill. I think they are the show and the largest demographic is tuned-in to see them together. If I see him in another bathrobe….I will send a Maenad after AB ! LOLOL !!!

I don’t mind all the additions as long as they find a way to keep our main characters in most of the story lines.

Yes, I believe Bowler has been cast as Calvin Norris. I thought briefly he may be cast as Coot, but Coot’s a minor player and I can’t see this actor taking the Coot role.

I’m only excited to read these casting calls when characters I care about are mentioned in relation to these characters. I hope these characters are used to round out the story and don’t take up gobs of time that would be better devoted to our core cast.
Sterling, I’m with you! More Bill and Sookie is definitely called for. Even though they won’t be physically together at the first of the season – I’m assuming, since Bill has been vampnapped – I still look forward to the advancement of their story. And a few dreams/hallucinations/flashbacks of my couple would be most appreciated. Oh, Mr. Ball, are you listening? ;)

I am beginning to worry this will be the season of the were. So many new weres are to be introduced and some new vamps in the wings as well. I hope the season isn’t spread so thin that the core characters are not given their due screen time. I want more Bill present day and in flashbacks with Caroline. Then for he and Sookie having more time alone for some loving and pillow talk. I agree Sterling if they encase Bill in another robe, we will have no recourse but to march on AB. :)
What about Jessica? She needs her maker and Hoyt. The girl has gone rogue. Just us give more Bill and nobody has to get hurt. LOL

These are exciting characters they’re planning for the episodes. I’m very pleased to see Calvin and Crystal Norris coming our way, also more expansion of Sam Merlotte by bringing in his family.

The cast seems to be growing by leaps & bounds! As exciting as it is to read about all the new characters, I too worry about our favorites not getting enough screen time. It will be interesting to see how all these plot lines intertwine, but I’ll be honest, I watch for Bill & Sookie, most else is just filler for me!

Interesting read, but I don’t want to lose track of our core characters and have their on screen time diminished. I’m always on the lookout for Bill and Sookie and wanting more screen time for them. Also I want enough time for Jason, Tara, Sam, Eric, Pam, Andy, Bud and Lettie Mae.

I too watch for bill and sookie.did ya’ll notice that the dream of sookie and eric in bed was no sheet covering as it shows with bill and sookie. why don’t bill and sookie lay non covered? I did love watching erics finger and hand flow over sookies body, we don’t see much of those little gestures from bill. but who cres as long as sookie and bill are together!!
