Below is a new True Blood season 4 trailer titled “Breaking Up Sucks” that has been released by HBO.
This promo provides a few more hints about what we can expect in Season 4. Is it possible that Sookie and Bill will stay broken up and remain apart? Sookie has harsh words for Bill saying, “Every time I found out something new about you, I wound up wishing I didn’t know it.” What do you think this means?
However, lucky for Sookie it appears that there are plenty of shoulders available for her to cry on. The trailer shows that Sookie gets a bit closer with werewolf Alcide, and he doesn’t mind offering up a few hugs to Miss Stackhouse. Sexy vampire Eric Northman wants to stake his claim as well and tells Sookie, “You are mine.” Is this before or after the amnesia sets in?

I have no idea how Season 4 will play out. However, it appears that Sookie will have several claimants for her affections. It looks like the break up with Bill is in full effect. Will Alcide or Eric get the inside track, or will Sookie wisely swear off supes for a while? As always, time will tell.

Eric saying to Sookie ‘you are mine’ seems to be after amnesia… he feels kind of lost and nice, not the eric we knew at the end of season 3.
I wonder what will happen with Alcide and Amnesic Eric and also Bill all around Sookie ?? we need some sex in True Blood ;-) is the shower ready for action ??

Wow Sookie either looks terrified when Eric is saying she is his or nervous. I am one of the ones that like the idea of them together. So I’m hoping she isn’t terrified, but I’m sure it is quite possible. I can not wait to see how the whole season goes.

I’m looking forward to Eric/Sookie this season, I love him saying ‘you are mine’ :) those possesive vamps lol
So does Sookie see the bite marks on that woman Bill bites? as she leaves? hence the comment about the more Sookie finds ut about Bill the more she wishes she didn’t know.

I love the possesive vamps too!! lol It is the same look she had on her face after she slapped him and he got in her face. I think she may have been nervous and scared when that happened, so that is why I thought she could be terrified.
I couldn’t tell if that woman was in the same room as Bill and Sookie. I’m going to have to watch again. lol Darn.

I am speculating that girl is not a very nice girl, Bill bit her for some reason and it looks like Sookie walked in on it after and assumed the worse from Bill. I feel for Bill when if that is the case. Seems he always gets caught. Protecting Sookie or not?

“You are mine” OMG, I just can’t wait until he calls her “My lover”. Damn wish I was Sookie! lol I think he says “You are mine” after the spell wears off. I believe it is the same scene (HBO provided) when she asks him is this another dream because she can sense the spell has also worn off and Eric is standing stating “No, this is not a dream”, but wants to know what has happen between them. Obviously, if I had someone standing in front of me with just a towel around them, when my memory returns, I would be awful curious to know what happened. Eric is claiming her because deep down he must know something did happen while is was AE. Bring it on…………

Eric is “claiming” her for her blood. pure and simple. he dosen’t love her, she dosen’t love him. Why can’t people see that? this is all about manipulation and power. i would wait to see how it plays out first before assuming anything with TB.

Sorry lovelylavendar, no real blood bond there yet. Alittle, yes, but he was intigued by Miss Sookie before any blood was exchanged between the two and now is falling for Miss Sookie. And he is not going to be happy about it! He does not like to have feelings but Sookie is about to change that for him. Can not wait until it is played out!

I guess non of really know anything anyway…if it is one thing about TB it always surprises. i see it way different then how it happened in the books. I’m sure he will develop feelings for Sookie but they won’t be as strong as Bill and Sookie’s feelings for each other. Sookie will find this out the hard way, Eric will completely use her to his own advantage and power.
Eric also took more than a “sip” from her in season 3…..
she needs to be wary of Eric and Pam. imo

Yes he did take more than a sip from her in season 3 as Sookie took in some in season 2………… BUT, BUT, Eric was intrigued about her even before Sookie was sucking out the bullet and really is going to wonder what happened as AE. His feelings, he will NOT like but if it is going to be played out (praying for that) Sookie was more than willing to accept AE…………. shower scene or not! It takes two to tangle! :)

Well, I’ve come to the conclusion that we really can’t tell anything by these sneak peeks. They cut and edit things so we will all do what we are doing…speculating! LOL But it’s so fun. At this point, having read the books and seen all seasons a few times over, I still have NO clue what is going to happen. Personally, I am ready to see Bill’s bad side sneak out..and A little more Eric “takeover” when it comes to Sookie. :p (yum) I think Bill has held back his violent side for so long, and now is discouraged by Sookie’s rejection. So might be taking the “bad boy” road for a while. I do think FBacks to the 80′s are mixed in there tho.
