It’s getting much closer to True Blood Season 5′s premiere and yet again, they’ve provided us with a new promo video. The video aired right before the airing of the new episode of Game of Thrones.
This promo features Pam and Eric. Evidently, Eric is accusing Pam of having released Russell Edgington from the cement. She exclaims, how could you think I could go and dig up Russell Edgington. Eric replies, “I trust no one.”

Very short, as usual, but a good scene. IMHO, it is not unreasonable for Eric to suspect Pam. But as much as she hates Sookie, she loves Eric, and wouldn’t do anything to hurt him, which RE will try and do!

Blood tears are made with CGI, this is a behind the scenes clip before post production, so no blood tears.

Eric seems very grumbly and nearly irrational to accuse Pam of lying to him. My first take is that this conversation with Pam is out of character for Eric. To turn Eric into a nut-egg for having lost Sookie is to forget he’s 1000 year-old vampire who has confidence that he can turn time into his friend. If there’s one thing Eric never loses, it’s his confidence in winning the girl. It doesn’t mean he’s going to, but he always believes he will.
