In Bon Temps, it seems that nothing stays buried forever. Last night’s “tease” promo that aired on HBO before the premiere of their new show “LUCK” sure didn’t provide much infromation, but the speculation still is rampant among the fans.
The Hollywood Reporter has ventured some suggestions about the theme from last night’s “Buried” video teaser promo. Everyone’s first reaction was, of course Russell Edgington will return, but other than Russell’s return, they provide four more suggestions as to what won’t stay buried on Season 5.
- Sookie’s (Anna Paquin) fairy friends and family. We know there’s always more to learn about the waitress’s past. The news that fairy Claude returns for next season (recast with actor Giles Matthey), and he must have a reason for coming back.
- What’s Terry’s war buddy up to? Patrick (Scott Foley) first appeared in the Season 4 finale and we know he recurs next season. What does he know and why did he pop back up in to Terry’s (Todd Lowe) life now?
- The Vampire Authority is staffing up. Last season, we saw the vampire politics go haywire in Bon Temps and its surrounding towns, but we know the show is staffing up on ancient vampires. And they’ll probably want to regain the control their underlings have lost.
- Werewolves out for blood. Marcus’ (Dan Buran) violent demise last season may carry some consequences. We hear the series has cast his mom with My Name Is Earl’sDale Dickey. What could she want?

There a lot of secrets buried in Bon Temps , some deeper than others.
Weres and Shifters have not come out yet.
Miss Caroline is worried people will learn there is a vamp in the family tree. Andy a V addict is unaware he is related to Bill as far as we know. He also had a close encounter with a fairy.
At least 6 murders have occured, Nan ,Tommy, Marcus, Jesus,Debbie and Tara.
Terry’s past is coming back to bite him.
Some unsub(s) have assisted Russell escape the concrete.
Apparently the portal to Faeland is reopened.
A lot of unearthing to do this season, we’d better wear hardhats. ;)

I think for those fans not in the know…you know , not the TB forum people like us…LO… it is KRE and lots of fans will be surprised.
But I agree with Willkill…..I’m sure there is going to be lots going on with people’s pasts etc….
