The second season premiered just this past Sunday, to raving words of praise from delighted fans! And Amazon.com certainly hasn’t wasted any time: they have already begun taking pre-orders for True Blood – The Complete 2nd Season on both DVD and high-def Blu-ray Disc. Yes, that was fast.
It’s no surprise, this soon after the start of the new season (only 3 days!), that these listings are prior to HBO’s official announcement for the titles. So instead of a street date, Amazon only says “This title has not yet been released. You may pre-order it now and we will deliver it to you when it arrives.”
There are no other details available so far, however, nor cover art for either version (just temp art from the promo campaign).

Why is the Pam special features only on the blu-ray version?
That is some serious sales shit there. In this recession not all of us have enough money to go out and buy a blu ray player and blu ray version, but I want to see the Pam special features so badly!!!
