In this newspaper advertisement for HBO Canada, Stephen Moyer discusses Season 5. He talks about the fact that True Blood has veered away from the books by necessity. He says that there’s the Vampire Authority and lots going on for shapeshifters and he also talks about Season 5 introducing some terrific new villans.
“It’s pretty amazing what we’re doing, things that we’ve never done before – if you can believe that. And we’ve been incredibly lucky with some terrific villians. Let’s just say the mantle has been taken up.”
