Stephen Moyer is the first True Blood actor to take place behind the camera and will make his directorial debut with episode 8. To TV Guide he tells how much fun he had.
“It was a lot of fun to sit down with each actor, explain what I was trying to do and find the best way to achieve it together,” says Moyer. One of those actors is Moyer’s real-life wife, Anna Paquin. “We were giggling a lot,” Moyer says. “There was a lot of, ‘God, this director’s a nightmare.’”
But the episode is serious True Blood stuff — hungry vampires, hot sex and down-and-dirty fights. “Everything you can have on our show, I had in spades,” adds Moyer. “Everybody is going through monumental stuff this season.”

I can’t wait to see Stephen’s directorial debut. I’m sure he did great. Sounds like an explosive episode … typical True Blood stuff.
