Facing the Atlantic Log Book: The first month at sea

A total of 5 boats were already forced to leave the race due to various problems and unforeseen events, but Bertie and James are still going strong. Despite broken oars, high waves and hard wind the Facing the Atlantic team seems more determined then ever to reach Barbados.

Follow Bertie and James on the Talisker Wiskey Challenge Website.

So how did they celebrate Christmas? Take a look for yourselves.

The following videos show an overview of their first month at sea. I get seasick just looking at them.

Amazing footage! Prayers and all good wishes go out to Bertie and James. To see the waves and the buffeting the boat takes puts everything in perspective. God bless the boys, and Godspeed to them.

Thanks for providing these vids, Shad.
