FAQ – What does Bill mean when he says that Sookie is his?

When he says: “Sookie is mine”, he communicates to the other vampires that Sookie is his human and that he is the only one who can feed on her. This also means that if another vampire tries something with her, he will attack and defend her.
But if she decideds out of her own free will, to go with another vampire there is nothing Bill can do about it and he would have to accept that.
That’s vampire law.
