We know filming for True Blood Season 6 won’t begin until January, but the writers must be trying to get a head start on the season with the castings we’ve learned about this week. Here’s another casting and it’s a series regular.

Yesterday we heard about Rutger Hauer joining the cast, and now TV Line has reported that the show is looking for another cast member, series regular role of Ben, an “ultra charming, ultra handsome” fella in his late 20s/early 30s who is magnetic to women and menfolk alike, all while using his Southern gentility to mask a dark, dark, dark side. Watch for Ben to cross paths with Sookie soon after his arrival.
