True Blood nominated for two Grammy Awards

The Grammy Award nominations were announced tonight and, again this year, True Blood has received nominations for two awards. The 53rd Annual Grammy Awards will be held on February 13, 2011 at 8pm ET/PT on CBS.

Congratulations to the True Blood’s creator Alan Ball and music supervisor, Gary Calamar for receiving a nomination for the Season 2 soundtrack.

Also congratulations to Lucinda Williams and Elvis Costello for their song “Kiss Like Your Kiss”.

The two categories in which True Blood is nominated and list of nominees for each is listed below:

    Big congratulations to Alan Ball, Gary Calamar, Lucinda Williams and Elvis Costello. True Blood’s music shines, and is an integral part of the story telling. Crossing my fingers for two wins.
